Terms & Conditions

1. The Double Rewards Raya Special Campaign runs from 31 March 2025 to 1 April 2025 (both dates inclusive).
2. This campaign is open to all users who make payments using RedPay (Scan & Pay) at any participating RedBox outlet (9 outlets) during the campaign period.
3. Users must bind their RewardsLink loyalty account in the RedPay app before making a transaction to be eligible for the rebate.
4. Users will receive an instant 5% rebate in Rewards Points (RP) upon completing a transaction with RedPay.
5. An additional 5% rebate in RP will be credited within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
6. The maximum rebate a user can earn per transaction is capped at 10% in total.
7. The rebate will be credited directly to the user’s loyalty account.
8. Rewards Points (RP) earned through this campaign can be used for future transactions.
9. Rewards Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
10. Only payments made via RedPay (Scan & Pay) are eligible for the rebate.
11. Payments made via other payment methods (e.g., cash, debit/credit card, other e-wallets) will not qualify for this campaign.
12. RedPay, Red Box, and RewardsLink reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate the campaign without prior notice.
13. Any fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions, or abuse of the promotion will result in disqualification from receiving the rebate.
